Approach

My coaching style is a mix of deep listening, tough love, and a dash of humor, because growth doesn’t have to be so serious. I’m here for you to dish the dirt about your dreams, fears, and deepest desires, and together, we’ll make sense of what’s stirring beneath the surface in order to move toward aligned action.

At some point in any coaching relationship, other coaches may ask, “What are your goals and how will you get there?” and there may be steps laid out to achieve goals, however,space is not always made for the messiness of being human in these plans.

When it comes to my own coaching practice, I know creating this space is important. I know your work and personal life don’t exist in separate boxes—they bleed into one another, shaping how you show up in both. I also recognize that growth isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen apart from the world we live in.

The truth is, we’re all navigating the oppressive systems of white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism every day. And the way that I experience these systems might look very different than how you experience them. In our coaching spaces, you get to bring your full self and the truth of your experiences into the room. We’ll honor all of it. No need to fit into boxes or shrink yourself to make others comfortable. We’ll honor all the intersections of who you are—and together, we’ll explore what it means to live in alignment with your values, truth, and wholeness in spite of what’s going on in the world.
